He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rushton and Violet Mace Rushton; his former wife CarlieAnn; his sisters, Joyce and Wanda; and his granddaughter Shelby Ann Rushton.
He is survived by: his wife Jean N Miller; and his children, Bryon (Nancy), Dean (Lisa), Kim (Kristen), Crystal Love and Suzann Rushton. He is also survived by 15 beautiful grandchildren, 7 lovely great grandchildren and one adorable great granddaughter.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jordan North 6th Ward (3836 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
