He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leslie Nilsson and Maurine Tripp Nilsson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shelton Nilsson; his children, Britta Bruderer (Scott), Kiersten Swindle and Erik Nilsson; his grandchildren, Ben, Cole, Will, Scott and Kate; and his siblings, Mark (Robyn), Sharon (Steve), Ruth (Bob) and Leslie (Mark).
