He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Parr Godfrey and Vivian Jeanette Godfrey (Loomis); his wife Margaret Jean Godfrey (Wilkes); his sister Jean Margaret Landers (Godfrey); his brother-in-law James Landers; and his grandson Baby Michael Fish.
He is survived by: his children, Loree Ann Romriell (Brian), Annette Kae D'Agostini (Armond) and Randall Parr Godfrey (Joelee). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
