He was predeceased by: his parents, Bienvenido Rios Reyes and Mercedes Pastoriza Perez; his granddaughter Shelby Love Balsamini; his parents-in-law, Ramona Nelson, Edward Lucero and Guadalupe Santana; and his siblings-in-law, Prescilla Mascarenas and Raymond Lucero.
He is survived by: his children, Renee (Herb Cork), Troy (Bonnie Reyes) and Marlene (Weston Norris); his wife Martha; his daughter Misty Wagner of Sandy; his grandchildren, Celeste, Earl Amerine, Troy Jr., Joanna Reyes, Chantelle McCown (Conner), Jeffrey McCune II, Landon Norris, Mike, Val Cork, Dakota Wagner, Madison Wagner, Hunter Norris and Mercedes Norris; his great grandchildren, Belle, Avian, Aliza and Xavian; his siblings, Jimmy and Minerva Ramierez; and his siblings-in-law, Edward, Jolynne Lucero, Joanna Lucero, Sadie and Johnny Reyes.
