He is survived by: his wife Susan Kay Austin Patterson; his son Joseph DeLynn Patterson; his daughter-in-law Nina Gay Najmabadi Patterson; his grandsons, Austin Joseph Patterson, Connor Joseph Patterson and Ethan Joseph Patterson; his daughter Brenda Kay Patterson Berrios; his son-in-law Angel Manuel Berrios; his grandchildren, Zella Evelyn Berrios and Beni Manuel Berrios; his sisters, Bonnie Rose Patterson Fullmer, Susan Jo Patterson Thompson and Judy Lea Patterson; his nephew Dustin Wayne Fullmer; his niece Jennifer Rose Fullmer Hirschi; his niece Jessica Johnson; his great-nephew Cole Daniel Johnson; his great-niece Sophia Rose Johnson; and also, Jairet Douglas Hirschi, Jeremiah David Hirschi and Caitlyn Rose Hirschi. He is also survived by five grandkids.
