He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Baker and Una Mozelle McCombs Baker; his wife Carolyn Wyatt (Temple) of Logan; and his sisters, Joyce Baker Richards and Norma Baker Myers.

He is survived by: his children, LuAnn Baker, Jenae Jepsen (Bob), Steve Baker (Lisa) and Kent Baker (Lori). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
