We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2024, at the age of 88, Marcia Jean Christiansen of Mayfield, Utah, born in Gunnison, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Taylor and Marcia Taylor; her husband Paul Reed Christiansen; her daughters, Paula Rae Christiansen and Karen Ann Allen; her in-laws, Reed and Aleda Christiansen; and her siblings-in-law, Nila Taylor, Redge Hermansen and John Christiansen.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Sorensen (Jarvis) and David Christiansen (Natalee); her son-in-law Michael Allen; her siblings, Paul Taylor, Ida Nelson (Garn) and Janice Harris (Allen); and her sisters-in-law, Karolyn Hermansen and June Presser. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
