As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though JoAnn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Sorensen and Afton Sorensen; her daughter Nicole Otten; and her siblings, Paul Sorensen and Norma Taylor.
She is survived by: her significant other Stephen James; her children, Jared Otten (Misty), Shelly LeBaron (Matt), Stacey Lyon (Nick), Ashley Lyons (Lloyd) and Cassie Crane (Allen Beal); and her brothers, Harvey Sorensen and Phillip Sorensen. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
