She is survived by: her husband Phillip Whitehead; her sons, Phillip, Allan (Cindy), Douglas (Nikki), Brian (Mandy) and Charles (Stephanie); and her siblings, Carol Moore (Davis), Randy Monk (Carl Lindstrom), Lori Warner (Keith), Vince Monk (Sylvia) and Richard Monk (Ann).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walker Funeral Home (187 S Main St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
