He is survived by: his wife Julie; his grandchildren, Scott Kappas (Nikki) of Mapleton, Bryan Kappas (Rachael) of Springville, Jennie Olsen (Tyler) of West Jordan and Clayton Kappas (Sara) of Idaho Falls; and his siblings, David Rogers (Sarah), Sharon Russell (Larry) and Barbara Gant.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a GoFundMe acct in Steve's honor.
