He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hansen; his children, Brandi Muhlestein (Brett) of Heber, Melani Clark (Brady) of Herriman and Jay Sheppard (Larra) of Springville; his grandchildren, Kiara Kummer (Boone), Bailey Milne (Jake), Kati Dunn (Taylor), Cole Clark (Sydnie), Kami Muhlestein, Zack Muhlestein, Tysen Clark, Trevin Sheppard, Teagan Sheppard and Emmery Clark; and his great grandchildren, Maycee, Ryder, Kynlee, Avery, Coleson and Lexi.
