She was predeceased by: her parents, Johannes Boogaard and Margaretha Boogaard. She is survived by: her husband Eric Foutz; her children, Spencer (Jenny), Matthew (Chelsea), Nathan (Kate), Benjamin (Jessica) and Sarah; and her siblings, Terry Davis (John), Debbie Jay and Adriaan Boogaard. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (825 E Hawks Rst Dr, Mapleton, UT 84664). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
