He is survived by: his wife Peggie Bingham; his children, Scott E. and Catherine Allan; and his siblings, Marian Allan of Lynnwood, Washington, Clark C. Allan of Douglas Wyoming, Leisel Allan of Mapleton, Utah and Melinda Frandsen of Sandy, Utah. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
