He is survived by: his wife Jill; his sons, Andrew of Payson, Christopher (Raegan) of Payson and Jackson of Mapleton, Utah.; and his siblings, Brent Hulce, Beckie Webb (Eric) of Nephi, Utah., Lori Kelsey (Gary) of Mapleton, Lisa Best of Hilversum and Becky Evans (Justin) of West Wendover, Nevada.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
