With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blaine Hales of Mapleton, Utah, who passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife LaVonne Joyce Dugan Hales; his parents, Reid Mendenhall Hales and Maxine Davis; his son Randy; and his brother Raymon.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Carlson (Ed) of Mesa, Blaine (Sue) of Spanish Fork, Renwick (Brenda) of Mapleton, Shauna Allred (Troy) of La Center and Kent (Jana) of Sierra Vista, Arizona.; and his siblings, Boyd Hales, Doris Rose and Merrill Hales. He is also survived by his children, 22 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren.
