She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Jensen and LaRue Warren Jensen; her son Shawn; and her sister Joy. She is survived by: her son Carey (Jeanette) of Payson; her husband Mont; her son Rob (Gena) of Salem; and her brother Jay Jensen of Lake Havasu, AZ. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
