He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley Jean (Wilcox); his children, Paul, Craig, Rod and Melanie; his parents, Floyd Raymond Wagner and Flossie Belle Wagner (Ellis); and his sister Verna Mae Morgan.
