She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jacob Johnson and Henrietta Bott; her husband Charles Neaman; her son Ben Higley; her grandchildren, Angela Christensen, Annie Christensen, Michael Higley and Amanda Higley; and her sister Jackie Elder.
She is survived by: her former husband Guy Higley; and her children, John (Sally Higley), Julia (Kevin Johnson), Dan (Marchelle Higley), Paul (Kari Higley) and Gloria Higley. She is also survived by wife; 23 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
