He is survived by: his former spouse Dorthea Shelton; his children, Andrea, Jamie and Josh; his wife Karen Bird; his sisters, Kristine Petersen (late Rod) and Evelyn Hurd (Skip); and his grandchildren, Gage, Rourke, Lex, Cade, Savannah, Ryder and Gabe.
