He was predeceased by: his nephew Tanner Malloy. He is survived by: his parents, Brent Matthew and Teresa Karen Nuttall Boylan; his siblings, Jessica Kierre Ecklund (Matthew), Andrew Phillip Boylan, Logan, McKenna ShaeLee Malloy (Samuel Alan), Ambria Michelle Winn (David Michael), Tyler Reese Boylan, Kyleena Aimee Boylan, Ephraim and Lance Robert Boylan; his grandparents, Douglas Reed, Karen Nuttall of Plymouth, UT, LaVerne Avel and Roberta Ann Boylan; and his nieces and nephews, Abby, Jacob, Sarah, James Ecklund, Alan and Austin Malloy.
Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 p. m. and prior to services from 9:00-10:00 a. m. Due to COVID-19, attendees will be required to wear a mask and there will be a restriction of 99 attendees for the funeral services.
