He is survived by: his wife Naomi Campbell Gilbert; his children, Alyce Wilson, Laura VanCleaf, Jon Gilbert (Mayann) and Michelle Leishman (Tyler); and his stepchildren, Naadine Pelham (Marland) and Pete Terry (Sophia). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
