She was predeceased by: her husbands, John Allen Haleen, Kest Gerritt Hofstra, Othal "Oats" Ware and LaMar Burgin; her son John Haleen; and her grandson Ryan Haleen.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Haleen (Annette), Mark Haleen, Eric Haleen and Ruth Haleen; her grandchildren, Jenny Haleen, Andy Haleen and Todd Haleen; and her great grandchildren, Haylee Haleen and Bryce Haleen.
