He is survived by: his wife Jean Ardith Reed; his children, Michael Starkweather (Yesenia) of Murrieta, CA, Mitchell Starkweather (Christina), Victor Starkweather (Shelly) of Santa Ana, CA, Venise Johnson (Jay) of Mission Viejo, CA and Troy Starkweather (Pamela) of Oceanside, CA; his sister Clara Jean Cluff; and his sister-in-law Carol Starkweather. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
