He is survived by: his wife Janet Maylett of Moroni, UT; his children, Jason Maylett (Cindalyn), Tricia Cox (Gary), Jedd Maylett (Sandi), Amy Braithwaite (Dave) and Haylee Johnson (Nate); his siblings, Sharon Green, Merrill Jr. Maylett (Janice), Cory Maylett (Rhonda) and Lori Weber (Don); and his parent-in-law Shirley Maylett.
