It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Nooner of Manti, Utah, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alvis and Nancy Alice Spradlin Nooner; and his brothers, Bruce and Ricky. He is survived by: his wife LaRee of Manti, UT; his daughters, Jeanie Phelon (Jim) of Pleasant Grove, UT, Diana Simpson (Mike) of Manti, UT, Lori Nooner Davis of Stockbridge, GA, Cindy Quinney (Danny) of Herriman, UT and Alicia Fore of Herriman, UT; his foster daughter Delores Davis; and his siblings, Shirrell Nooner (Elois), Joy Van Ry and Salt. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
