She was predeceased by: her husband Don Mathew Simmons of Manti; and her parents, Charles Landvig Olsen and Joan Gladys Paulsen. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Smith (Lynn), Scott Simmons (Lorrie) and Carol Welker (Doug); and her sister Athlen Olsen Keller. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donating to the Manti City Public Library.
