Sharon Ruth Linschoten Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2024, at the age of 72, Sharon Ruth Linschoten (Magna, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Randy Linschoten; her parents, Charles Ray Greenhagen (Elnora) and Georgia Dalton (David); and her brothers, Paul Dalton, Marlin Dalton and Kent Greenhagen.
She is survived by: her children, David Linschoten, Debra Bartz (Earl), Jacob Linschoten (Cynthia), Jay R Linschoten (Christina) and Robert Linschoten; her grandchildren, Erin, SharonMarie, Adrian, Nathan, Noah, Angie, Christopher, Franco, Nixon and Emery; her mother-in-law Emma Linschoten; her brothers, Richard Greenhagen (Faye), Jerry Greenhagen (Gloria), Greg Dalton, Carl Dalton (Vanessa) and Steven Greenhagen; and her stepsiblings, David, Kathy and Danny Casia.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Wing Pointe Chapel (3606 Wing Pointe Dr, Magna, UT 84044).
In lieu of flowers. Sharon would have encouraged you to donate to a community charity of your choice (such as Magna F.A.C.T./ Food bank; Ryan's Case for Smiles- which makes pillowcases for kids with serious illnesses; Make-a-wish; Humane Society; the Light the World 2024 giving boxes, etc); to volunteer your time; or to do a random act of kindness.A private burial at the Utah Veterans Cemetery, Bluffdale will take place at a later date.
