He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Wayne Case and Donna Lorraine Morrison; and his siblings, Meghan Stolp (Nathan), Dallin, Elizabeth and Tabitha. He is also survived by his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
