He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne S Wheeler and Opal Devore Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Valane; his children, Randy Wheeler (Nikki), Rachel Wheeler Johnson, Kyle Wheeler and Stephanie Merrill (Hyrum); and his siblings, Lyn Wheeler (Sue), Trudy Crow (Gary), Julie Wheeler (Patrick O'Brien) and Alan Wheeler (Rocio). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
