He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Slats" and Janet "Jennie" Taylor; and his sons, Lawrence Levi and Samuel Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert "Tuffer" Taylor, Janet Gomez, Shawna Jones (Bill), Kevin Taylor (Gina) and Margret "Muggs" Taylor; his spouse Melody R Clark; and his children, Jesse, Daniel, Misty Taylor, Michelle Taylor, Penny Gutierrez, Kim Watson (Bryant) and Shaunee Stennett (Moses).
