We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2022, at the age of 77, Juanita Kay Worthington Sadler (Magna, Utah), born in Murray, Utah passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita Kay Worthington Sadler to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Gull (Alan), Brook Schaefermeyer (Scott), Aaron Sadler (Pam), Sam Sadler (Jerri) and Debi Earle (Edward); her former husband Keith Sadler; and her half-brother Bill Wilburn (Joan). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Sadly, it was at about this time that she began her long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
