He was predeceased by: his father John; and his brothers, Steve and Nevin. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Joni (Joseph), Jen (Richard), Julie (Justin), Jill (Jeff) and John (Whitney); his grandchildren, Abbie (Justin), Zac, Cole, Preston, Ava, Max, Ruby, Jaxon, Hannah, Luke, Quinn, Lucy, Collins, Paige, Zane, Hazel and Blake; his friend Matt; and his siblings, Kathy and Garth.
