Tom" Ketchum was called for his final ride on February 8th 2018. Born on February 2nd 1939 to CJ Bill and Lois Ketchum. Tom attended Cyprus High School, graduated 1958, attended Dixie College, and retired from Kennecott Copper after 45 years. He enjoyed coaching little league football and youth boxing. Rodeo, horses, team roping, and family were his life. He was married to Karen Vos on February 2nd 1973. Preceded in death by his parents Bill and Lois, son John and daughter Pam. Survived by his wife Karen, sister and brothers Bud and Janet Shosted, Richard and Maureen Ketchum, Roger and Linda Ketchum, children Lois "Turk" and Dan Roche, Diane and Randy Kendall, Frankie and Natalie Stoddard, and 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Tom lived 79 great years. "This is where the cowboy rides away." There will be a celebration of life for Tom on Saturday, February 17th at The Webster Center (8952 W Magna Main Street, Magna, Utah 84044) from 2:00-6:00 pm.
