He was predeceased by: his father Brett L. Bytendorp; his grandparents, Pedro Rocha Jr., Julia G Rocha and Sandra Martin; his uncles, Ruben M Rocha and Darrin Bytendorp; and his cousins, Robert Samora and Melissa Rocha.

He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Saxton; his children, Elias Vigil, Esperanza, Zendejas Alexis (Alizé Mondragon "Hairdo"), Javier "Gordo" Zendejas, Bryon "Byron Johnson" Zendejas and Aries "Boog" Bytendorp; and his mother Mary VanRij (Jeff). He is also survived by siblings, nieces and his nephew.
