He is survived by: his family, McElmo Canyon, Yellow Jacket, Cortez, Dolores and Durango; his daughters, Verna Jo Cardon of Magna, Utah, Cheryl Leavitt (Jim) of Annabella, Laurie Stone (Roger) of Rigby, Idaho and Patricia Lynn Smith (Bob) of Manassa, Colorado; his sister-in-law Jan Belmear of Denver, Colorado; his brother William Leslie Belmear (Shirley) of Navarre, Florida; and his brother-in-law Robert Allen Caughey of Lakewood, Colorado.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 58 great grandchildren.
