She is survived by: her sister Phyllis; her former husband Jack W. Burt; and her children, David (Erica), Ronald (Donna), Laurie Spencer (Steve), Gregory (Debbie) and Jana Rasmussen (Eric). She is also survived by her sisters, her 5 children, 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
