She is survived by: her former husband Phil Gage; her daughter Mabel Maxine Ledbetter; her parents, Maxine Gage and Fred Ortiz; her stepfather Kenneth Gage; her brothers, Fred Valdamore Ortiz and Frankie Ortiz; and her stepsisters, Hollie Marie Hochhaus (Anthony) and Carrie Gage.
