He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Kay Kirk (Sharron Petit); and his brother-in-law James "Billy" W. Mcgavin. He is survived by: his father Gary Petit Sr.; and his siblings, Gary R Petit Jr., Randy O. Petit, Danny L. Memmott and Teresa K Mcgavin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
