He was predeceased by: his parents, Crayton J. Campbell and Laverda Wade Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Gail Campbell of Magna Utah; his brother Lou Campbell (Bonnie); his children, Crayton J. Campbell (Shirley), Lori Butterfield (John) and Lisa Butterfield (Curt); and his stepchildren, Pam Sandoval (Dennis), Cindy Rickert (Carl), John Brothersen (Tina), Guy Brothersen and Kim Losee (Chris). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
