He is survived by: his parents, William Max Johnson and Kristine Phillips Johnson of Logan Utah; his spouse Deb Morrow; his sons, Elijah Max, Tristan Robert of Logan and Gabe Johnson; his brother David of Logan; his sons, Eli and Livingston; and his aunts, Kathy and Elyse.
