He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cheney Willis and Florence S. Willis; his wife Joyce Brown Willis; and his siblings, Margaret Foy and Roland Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Willis, Kent Willis (Jennifer) and Sharon Perkins (Tom). He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bear River City LDS Church (5870 N 4700 W St, Bear River City, UT 84301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Laketown Cemetery (437 S 70 E, Laketown, UT 84038).
