He was predeceased by: his father Sam Ul Leuk; his father-in-law Thomas Emery; and his daughter Taylor Leuk. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Leuk; his daughters, Averie and Brooke Leuk; his mother Hokna Pak; his mother-in-law Liliane D'Ornano; his siblings, Davy Telford (Mitch), Nika Leuk (Crystal), Ratha Leuk (Summer) and Kontheary Tyler (Christian); and his extended family, Gene, Nikki, Bryon Dees and Simon Honey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
