He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jesse Leroy Malmberg, Darrell and Wanda Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Malmberg and Pamela Malmberg; his brother Joey (Cheryl); his niece Gwen; his nephew Landon Malmberg; and his grandmother Ruth Malmberg Smithfield. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
