He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Neville and Greta Neville; and his brothers, Vaughn and Gale Neville. He is survived by: his wife Anne Neville; and his children, Angela Neville Repasi (Doug), Steve Neville (Pamilla), Adam Neville (Heidi), Paul Neville Vaughn Neville (Erin) and Mark Neville (Annika).

Viewing was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1105 E 2100 N, North Logan, UT 84341). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Aberdeen Cemetery (2651 Aberdeen Rd, Aberdeen, ID 83210).
