He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorin Pack Howard and Lula Andrews; and his wife Sylvia Morrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathylene Jenson (Glen), John Paul Howard (Marianne) and Jan Louise Howard; his children, Mary Noelle Waterman (Kyle) and Aaron David Howard (Sam); and his stepchildren, Melinda Crawford (Tom), Bodey Quick (Jaralynn), Alex Barker (Hugh), Michelle Booth (Keith), Benjamin Quick, Monique Leake (Mike) and Justin Quick.
