He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol LeGrande Olsen and Margaret LaVerda Hawkes Olsen; and his brothers, Lornell, Deloy, Jerry and Rulon Olsen.

He is survived by: his siblings, Brent Olsen (Elaine) and Best (DeAnn). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the "Cache County Senior Citizens Center" and the "American Diabetes Association" https://www.cachecounty.org https://diabetes.org.
