He was predeceased by: his father Spencer Saurey Phillips; his daughter Jennifer Luzon; and his brother Harris. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Thompson; his wife Mary Williams of Young Ward; his son Bradley Steven (Brandie) of Newton; his siblings, R. Spence (Patty) of Ogden, Gary (Karla) of Pueblo Co and Carolyn Cal; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Lafleur (Brandon), Hayden (Janeena), Ashlie Loghry (Trevor) and Colten Hill (Challis). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, and many loved nieces and nephews.
