She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Johnson and Doreen Johnson; her brother Rudy Johnson; and her son Troy Herrick Jensen. She is survived by: her husband Chad Jensen; her children, Reed Jensen, Annette Jensen, Gary Garner and Tony Garner; and her sister Ondrea.

Her resilience and joyful spirit were evident throughout her life, even as she battled Parkinson's Disease for over 12 years.
