He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Low and Roma Low; his siblings, Marilyn and Ted; and his daughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rhodes; his children, Christopher (Saori), Michael (Lisa) and Wendy (Russell); and his brother Randall (Suzette). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four and a half great-grandchildren.
