He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Benson and Leona Benson. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Worley; his children, Cathy Benson, Robert Todd Benson (Logan), Carla (John) and Hanks; his grandchildren, Joshua Simpson (Liz), Trevor Simpson, Jessica Simpson and Stephanie Barfuss (Jared); his great grandchildren, Evan, Aiden and Huxley; and his sister Emma Jean. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
